Gala Dinner

The Royal Argosy

Due to the closing of our originally scheduled restaurant venue, our 15th Anniversary Gala Dinner will now take place aboard the Royal Argosy. Boarding will begin at 6 p.m. from Pier 56 on the Seattle waterfront, with sailing time from 7 to 9:30 p.m.

(Volunteers will leave from the hotel lobby at 5 p.m. to lead mini-gathering attendees to the pier via the Seattle Streetcar. See Transportation Information for complete details.)

We invite you to celebrate with us and enjoy a freshly prepared, elegant dinner and spectacular views of the Seattle skyline and scenic islands as we cruise Elliott Bay and the Puget Sound.


Dinner Buffet Menu:
  • Seared Alaskan Salmon (Alaskan salmon pan-seared and then roasted, topped with a blood orange citrus sauce)
  • Ravioli Confetti With Roasted Vegetables (Locally made, fresh ravioli served in a rich fresh herb and vegetable broth)
  • Spinach Salad (Served with fresh Northwest berries, candied walnuts, Oregon blue cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing)
  • Jicama Slaw (Thinly sliced jicama, red peppers, fresh ginger and pineapple in a simple lime vinaigrette)
  • Seasonal Chilled Vegetables (A colorful display of blanched and chilled organic vegetables including blue and gold cauliflower, tossed in a red curry dressing)
  • Assorted Artisan Rolls (Served with butterballs)
  • Chef's Dessert Choices (Seasonal cheesecakes and cakes)
